Kaira is an independently licensed counselor offering telehealth and in-person counseling services. She has been in practice for the past decade and is fully trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) while actively pursuing Certification (the highest standard of treatment for couples). Simply put, Kaira is passionate about working with those pursuing health and wholeness - she is dedicated to helping her clients gain insight, power, and security in their relationships. Her ideal clients are looking to repair emotional disconnection and heal relational patterns that have been shaped by years past.
